Orca Model

This piece can be included in my portfolio to show a willingness to pursue projects in a wide variety of mediums. The ability to flex across software platforms can be a crucial skill to working with certain firms or in certain industries. While the model itself is not communicating any Technical Materials, modeling and animation provide visual aides in many Technical Communications.

In this work, I took an iterative and methodical approach to the creative process which produced pleasing results in Autodesk Maya, a common tool on the animation industry. Developing skills and executing projects in new technologies is easier than ever with the speed of information access enabled by modern search engines. As a professional, I make an effort to go through the learning process on my own time and ensure that I work additional hours while learning new skills.
